The Call for Entries - ART BOOKS WANTED is organized by the international publisher EDITION LIDU with the goal of supporting Art and Book culture worldwide. EDITION LIDU focuses on producing quality ART & GRAPHIC BOOKS, CHILDREN'S BOOKS and NEW MEDIA PROJECTS.

EDITION LIDU respects authors and gives them the possibility of high-level presentation. Our books and art projects regularly participate in exhibitions and festivals all over the world. Our books are often honoured at international competitions and selected in Permanent collections of Art Museums, Libraries and Archives.

EDITION LIDU search for author's books, graphic books, art comic strips, illustrated short stories, photo books, hand-printed books and other original book forms which haven't been published yet or has been self-published in limited edition.
The Call for Entries is open to established and emerging ARTISTS, ILLUSTRATORS, GRAPHIC DESIGNERS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, WRITERS, ART and DESIGN STUDENTS.

There are no limitations in the subject matter or used media in your Book. Books can be written in English, French, Spanish and other world languages, we also welcome books without text.
The Art direction of EDITION LIDU along with invited experts will evaluate submitted Artworks in two rounds. Up to 60 Artworks selected in 1st round will be presented on the EDITION LIDU's website and communicated internationally.
In the 2nd round up to 12 Artworks will be presented in THE SELECTION of outstanding projects. Selected Artists will have the opportunity to show their art during international exhibitions and will be considered for publishing.
